How can I add a custom name, design, or logo to a letterman jacket?

Where are you located?/Do you Have a Physical Store location?

We are located in Houston, Texas. Our store is online only. We do have pop-up shops where you can meet the owners, and see our products in person in the Houston area. For upcoming pop-up shop dates, follow us on Facebook or Instagram.

Custom Embroidery Orders

How Can I Make a Purchase?

Email us at orders@thecustomstitchhouston.com with your logo/design in a PNG or SVG file format for a custom order. Also include other detailed information needed such as apparel type, placement of logo, quantity, and color(s).

What is the Turn-around Time?

Typical Turnaround time is 7 days after design approval by the customer plus shipping. Rush orders are subject to our discretion and a $35.00 rush fee will be applied to orders that are needed less than the 7-day turnaround time.

Shipping?

All orders are fulfilled after payment is received. Please allow 2 to 4 days for shipping and handling. You will be provided with an email notification when your order is completed along with tracking information. Shipping cost range from $10.00-$25.00.

Digitizing Fee?

Digitizing is a one-time fee added to your invoice and fees vary depending on complexity of design and stitch count. In order to digitize your logo with the highest quality, we need your logo/design in a PNG or SVG file format. If we do not get your logo in the file format requested, we cannot guarantee your logo can be digitized. If you do not have your logo/design, we can attempt to redraw your logo. However, you will have higher digitizing fees, and the logo/design will not be exact. Digitizing fees range from $15.00-$30.00.

How Can I Make a Payment?/What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

After design approval by the contact person, we will email an invoice for the full amount from WAVE. Invoice must be paid in full BEFORE we start an order. We accept all major credit/debit cards.

Do You Have Order Minimums?

We do not have order minimums, however, the larger quantity orders (1 dozen or more) typically have the best prices per item.

Does The Custom Stitch Houston Provide the Apparel, or is the Customer Required to Provide the Apparel?

We provide the apparel UNLESS the customer prefers to provide their own apparel. Only customers in the Houston, Texas area would be able to bring their apparel. All other customers outside the Houston, Texas area would not be able to UNLESS they ship it to us.

Pricing for Custom Embroidery Orders?

Pricing varies depending on stitch count and complexity of the logo/design. Email us your logo/design in a PNG or SVG file format to orders@thecustomstitchhouston.com so we can give you an accurate quote. Also include other detailed information needed such as apparel type, quantity, placement of logo/design, and color(s). Here are estimate price ranges that include The Custom Stitch providing the apparel. Also, for plus size(s) (2XL-5XL), an additional $5.00 will be added per item.
